For the kids between ~Ages 1 and 4. A fun session with two outfits is suggested It is recommend to document your child each year as they change and grow.
~Ages 4 and 9. A fun session with up two three outfits is suggested. At this age you can skip a year but I suggest to document your child each year as they change and grow.
~Ages 10 and 17. Make the session designed to their interest is suggested. Two outfits is suggested one casual and one dressy and something they love to do i.e. sports, dance, music, reading

I’m combining my love for food, still life, lifestyle, and photography! Do you need to update or add some table top plate images to your website, google listing, linkin listing, Facebook page, TV advertising, or want some food art for your restaurant walls or menus?

Fees
My fees are broken out as follows
Photography Rate: Per job 1/2 day $450 full day $900

Stylist: Per job if required (If I’m styling it taxes me extra time so the budget will increase.)

Usage Fee 1 year / 5 years in-perpetuity an unlimited license to use the photos depending upon the usage purchased. Usage includes web, email, and print advertising. This is a full buyout for years purchased. If you would like to repurchase the rights at the end of the time the cost can be renegotiated at that time. Alana’s Fine Art Photography will give full release and reproductive and derivative right to use the images. I have the right to use the photos and finished tear sheets for port folio and personal promotional use.
Maternity and Newborn Package
Two studio sessions the newborn session will last about three hours and 30 minutes for the maternity session. Up to three outfit/setup changes included. 500
Newborn Portraits
Your baby will grow so much in the first month of life. Don’t miss the opportunity to have their little features saved for all time. The best time to book the Newborn session is when the baby is between 3-10 days old. The earlier the better. They are typically still very sleepy, easy to pose, small and are easily posed and positioned. The studio sessions will last about 3 hours. Up to four outfit/setup changes included. 400
The Process
Will discuss ideas for your portraits and plan all of the details of your session at the design consultation.
We will clarify who and what we are photographing for.
We'll establish an "artistic vision". You can let me know your preferences in various photographic styles that you are drawn towards. What is the best setting for your portrait? You can select a custom portrait location. We will discuss clothing.

The Products - Choices!
How you choose to present the finished portrait is hugely important to me. My goal is to transform a still image into a piece of wall art and I really enjoy working with my customers to create pieces that are perfect for them. I want you to enjoy and celebrate the images for many years to come. To help you choose the best images, I'll show you your options that include canvases, designer albums, clusters, mounted and or frame images. It should be easy for you to choose enough gorgeous images for an album, if that is what you want, as many do. And then frame the very precious ones in a style that suits your home.
My collections always includes digital images that can be displayed on social media and or printed out by you where ever you would like to have them printed.
We will go over pricing in detail at the consultation. I'll send you a PDF that goes into all of my prices.
But to give you an idea my Collections, Folio Boxes, and Coffee Table books start at 900 Wall portraits start at 275, Prints start at 20.
I also have a al carte ordering - you can spend as little or as much as you like.
I'm happy to make house/office calls if you would like assistance with size, hanging location, and the color/style that will look great in your home or office.

I am normally available for photo shoots on Monday - Wednesday and Saturday, and I usually schedule only 1 session a day between 10am and 1pm.
I am happy to tweak the time of your booking, so feel free to request the best time that might work for you. Please don't have anything important scheduled after your shoot in case we feel we need a little more time.
A 150 non-refundable deposit is required to book a session. The fee is due at the time you book your a shoot date and time. You may book online here or contact the studio and I will get you set up with a session that is perfect for you.
I accept cash, checks, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, via Square.
The remaining balance is due the day of the session.
I work with freelance makeup artists and you will be paying them directly, they
require cash on the day of the shoot.
After you have booked your shoot, we will plan your session in full detail at the design consultation.
FAQs
100% Satisfaction Policy If for any reason you are not happy with your portraits I am happy to set up another session at no cost to you.
Booking Policy The booking fee is due to book your session, and is non-refundable. COVID I’ll send you a waiver from to sign.
Cancellation Policy I have a 48 hour cancellation Police. If for any reason you need to reschedule not problem, I ask that you do so more than 48 hours in advance if possible. Because I have set aside the specific time for your session a 50 fee will apply if this notice is NOT given. Remaining amount can be transferred and all sessions rescheduled made prior to 48 hours will receive full credit. If anyone is sick please reschedule 24 hours or more in advance we will reschedule your session NO fee applies.
Orders When your print order is placed a minimum deposit of 50% is due. When your frame order is placed 100% of that portion is due. Balance is due when your order is ready to be picked up in 2-4 weeks. All sales are final. If you are not happy due to a flaw in the workmanship of the product I will replace with it within 30 days.
State of ME Sales Tax 5.5%will be added to your entire order including session fees.
Orders are usually ready in about 2-4 weeks, it will take a bit longer for albums or custom artwork. If your order is not paid for within 2 months of you placing your order and you have not made arrangements for a payment plan a 50 late fee will apply.
